While the concept of heating up prepared meals may not suggest luxury, the experience felt surprisingly homely, especially when indulging in the local produce from the duck farm. The evening meal, largely duck-centric, showcased remarkable value for money—something any fashionista on a budget can appreciate. Breakfast was simple yet plentiful, with delightful croissants and fresh fruit. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring my stay was comfortable, even amidst below-zero temperatures—the heating was notably effective. All in all, this spot stands out for its financial wisdom without skimping on quality, making it an ideal stopover for those exploring the French countryside.
